Best Money I’ve Ever Spent
My second mortgage home debt had been purchased by a slimy investor guy. I attempted to negotiate with this investor to pay off what I owed. He would offer me payoff terms and arrangements but then not honor the amounts or the payment schedule discussed in a prior conversation. I did not trust this person. I contacted Michael, he consulted me about my goals and available funds. For a very reasonable flat fee, Michael negotiated the terms of the payoff and ensured the paperwork would hold the investor to the agreement. Even with Michael’s representation, the slimeball investor did not file the satisfaction of mortgage for 4 months, causing me a lot of anxiety. One email from Michael and the satisfaction was filed. It should also be noted that in the middle of my dealings with this investor Michael had open heart surgery. His staff carried the torch and as soon as Michael was able to work again he jumped right back in! If you are reading poor reviews for Michael it is likely they are from this investor and his associates. During the process of my negotiations, I watched Michael’s ratings fall. Having Michael represent me made me feel protected against this slimy investor. I honestly consider his fee to be some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I am 100% a real client!
